Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at check-in. Reservations will be held for 12 hours after scheduled arrival time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You are able to cancel your reservation 24 hours before arrival (3pm CST) without any penalty, unless it is a non refundable reservation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your arrival, the card on file will be charged for one night’s rate. No refunds. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules related to: group rates, special promotions, or city events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.

What time is check in/out?
Check in time is at 3 pm, and check out time is 11 am.

Is early check in or late check out available?
If late check out or early check in is requested, an additional fee will be incurred and is based on availability. Please contact the hotel directly prior to your stay to arrange. 

What is required in order to check in?
We need a valid government-issued ID with a credit or debit card that matches the ID and name on the reservation. 

How old do I have to be to check-in?
Officially, 21 years old. Contact the hotel directly to discuss anyone from the ages of 18-20 checking in on their own. 

Do you have smoking rooms?
The City Suites is a non-smoking hotel. Any smoking that occurs in any room may result in a charge to the card we have on file. 

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before 3 pm (CST) from day of arrival. Cancellations or reservation modifications within the 24 hour window cancellation policy are subject to first night's room and tax. 

What are the best restaurants near the hotel?
We have several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel, just ask the front desk for recommendations!

Is your hotel pet-friendly?
We only allow service animals with a valid permit. We do not accept emotional support animals or any other furry friends. 

Is there parking at your hotel?
Parking is available at a nearby garage for $25/day for standard vehicles under 6ft tall and $49/day for vehicles over 6ft tall. Check in with the front desk prior to parking to obtain your parking pass. We will give directions and more details upon arrival. The parking lot is about a three-minute walk from the hotel. 

Do you have WiFi?
Yes, we have complimentary WiFi!
